Positive: The host Makeda was very helpful and responsive to our messaging services. She arranged for pickup & drop off to the airport which is only about 10 minutes’ drive from her property. It had a fan, a fridge, sink and a good shower/batroom. Cheap and cheerful one night stay at ‘Amber Lily Studio'

Negative: Property could do with updating the decor, bedsheets etc. The property could look at leveling the outside entrance area and especially the step into the room, I nearly twisted my ankle while taking the suitcase in and out of the room.

Positive: Spacious apartment, equipped kitchen, backyard area, place to dry clothes, quiet location. The owner, who lives in the house that the apartment is attached to, is very friendly and helpful :)

Negative: Quite a few tiny ants and other insect, especially in the kitchen (it's not that big a deal, it can be quite common in that part of the world and since the apartment is on a ground floor, the access for those tiny little animals is very easy), and even double plastic bags wouldn't stop them from getting into our food. The shower pressure was on a weaker side.

Positive: We came to watch the cricket and to see the city, so it was the perfect location for us. It's also close to the airport.

Negative: There's nothing we didn't like. The unit is exactly like the photos and had everything to make us comfortable.

Positive: This is truly a hidden gem, the studio has all comforts and the owner is a really nice and caring person. Downtown Basseterre is a 10 minutes walk.
