Summary: We couldn’t ask for a better hotel experience! From arrival to departure, from bellman, valet, front desk, room service, maid service, to the O Bar experience, all top notch. They even gave us a ride to and from a concert we attended. The Ambassador delivered!

Summary: The property was excellent. Anitra was perfect. She exhibited the most excellent customer service that I’ve seen in a long time. The Chalkboard restaurant was awesome. The manager Brittany was amazing and our server Ericka was such a sweetheart. Even Jason who brought our car around from valet was such a gentleman. This was a perfect place to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday.

Summary: The entire staff, whether at the hotel or at The Chalkboard, on the 7th floor, all the way to the Valet Service was amazing. I would even go so far to say that everybody involved was just looking out for and caring for one another. We had a great experience, and will definitely be back.
