Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.

We had everything we needed in the kitchen and throughout the home and our kids (ages 2 and 4) really appreciated the books and toys available. I saw complaints about not having enough consumables, but that wasn’t our experience. We were there for 4 nights and had what we needed for the 4 of us!

Summary: This was our second time staying here. It’s in a great location close to town but also secluded and quiet. Check in was easy and received a couple texts during the week just checking to make sure things were good. Will definitely stay here again.

Summary: We just got back after spending a week at this beautiful home. The neighborhood is quiet and the views are gorgeous! The home is well stocked and very clean. In the morning we’d wake up and have coffee on the deck and look at the trees, wildlife, and “our” mountain. After spending the day out and about we’d return in the evening for a glass of wine and stargazing on the deck. The location can’t be beat, we will absolutely be back!

Summary: The property was great and we had a great stay, but we were lacking some details for check in. When we first arrived, we entered on the wrong side of the house. The front door along with parking was on the other side of the house, off of Elk Ridge Trail. There was also enough space to park an F150 and a 14 foot trailer, but it did require that we unhook and reconnect it to turn around. Other than this, our stay was perfect.
