Summary: This is an excellent property. Built in 1906 with high ceilings and dark wood trim throughout, it has been updated with all the modern conveniences. View was spectacular. We saw many different birds, including a bald Eagle, pelicans, geese, egrets and cormorants. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to cook at home.House was very private and centrally located between Astoria and Longbeach. Ours was a family vacation with grandparents, adult children and grandchildren.
