Summary: The property is great and the host is awesome, but I rented it on Miami Gardens (knowing that it wasn't the best city), and it is in Carol City, one of the worst in South Miami. Nothing happened, and the neighborhood was ok. But you see people in stores with their pants a foot lower... I guess I am trained as I live in Argentina, but I lived 20 years in the US and it is not a neighborhood that I would pick.
