Summary: Very spacious for our party of 6. Beautiful hardwood floors through-out! Cozy bedding. Great location near highways but in a walk-able neighborhood to see the lovely homes in the area. Host was very responsive to our requests. As in other reviews, some updates and walls are sub-par, but overall a comfortable space.

Summary: A good price, but the paint job was bad, the furnishings were worn. One lamp had tears in the shade and one had a short. Wobbly dining chairs, etc. Some wall and bathroom repairs were obviously DIY. The stairs and entry were very dirty. If you are okay with no extras or frills of any sort, it's adequate. was proud of it.

Summary: They said it could occupy 14 people but they only had 4 regular forks and 1 salad fork and a couple of spoons. We had to go buy a cookie sheet so we could make our biscuits for breakfast. The floors were so dirty that our feet turned black. The beds squeaked so bad it we took the bottom matress and put it on the floor. We didn't feel the top bunk was sturdy enough to sleep on.
