Summary: We found this property to be just right! It was tucked back enough off of a main road that it felt private/secluded, but also only about 10 minutes from the grocery store and restaurants. Dale was a fantastic host, he welcomed us upon arrival and was available for any concerns/questions during our stay.

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay at this property. It’s exactly as described and basically right next to the beach. The beach is miles long. Take a left from the house and see cool old boats that have been shipwrecked along your walk. Take a right and walk maybe 30 minutes to Joni’s beach with a bunch of restaurants on the beach. Also - a must eat at is Ola Lola’s about a 10 minute walk away. Everything is basically 10 minutes away (groceries etc). House has everything you need to cook any meal. We loved it!

Summary: Wonderful place truly 30 steps to a beautiful beach! Great view from the second floor apartment where we stayed. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, nice residential area. Dale was around (not intrusive) to answer any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely spot!

Summary: I have been to Puerto Rico many times, but this was the first time I stayed in Isabela PR, and it quickly became one of my favorite cities on the Island! Dale was a great host super friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions that may have come up. Dale’s place was an amazing experience, and lovely home in a great location!

Summary: This was our second time at this property for good reason. The apartments have everything you need for your stay and are only steps from the beach. Plus, it's only a short walk down the beach to a fancy restaurant and bar. We have stayed in both the bottom apartment and top. We preferred the top floor due to the view.

Summary: My family spent 3 nights in this house just off the beach and had a great time. The 3 bedroom property was spacious for all 6 of us and provided everything you could need. All neccessary appliances, dishes, towels and comforts were provided. Communication with Dale before, during and after the stay was easy and responsive. Here are some of our highlights: What we liked: - the house was very clean and well stocked - right off an amazing beach - easy check-in/out process - a/c and fans in all rooms - outside showers to remove sand - very close to anything you could need - quiet and private If we could change anything: - the beds are extremely firm - the entrance to the bathroom is slightly raised and tiles are same color causing a trip hazard - saw 2 roaches on counter during stay. Recognize close proximity to water can cause this because property is immaculate. - parking can be tight if you have a vehicle with 3rd row. I suggest backing in. Overall, we really enjoyed the location and ability to enjoy the beach. Swimming and snorkeling were amazing. No complaints and would stay again.

Summary: The place was just as described. We were so comfy that we just wanted to stay in the balcony enjoying the magnificent view. The host provided amenities which made our stay more comfortable. The beach beautiful. The only thing that made uncomfortable was the bathroom window doesn’t have a any drapes, therefore, if someone goes downstairs or is in the upper balcony is able to see you while you are bathing.
