Summary:
Relax and entertain family and friends at our amazing and fun luxury estate. The heated indoor pool and hot tub are perfect for all seasons. This award winning home features two acres of beautifully landscaped grounds with a pond and fountain. Over 9,800 square feet and carefully thought out design and amenity features make this an amazing place to stay. Located just 50 minutes from downtown Chicago.
The Space:
Entering through the double doors you walk into the Grand Room with soaring ceilings, gas fireplace, bar area, and an 85 inch TV with a sound bar. Right off of the grand room is your very own private, heated indoor pool and hot tub where the family can swim & relax 24 hours a day. Walk past the fireplace in the grand room to enter our high end free arcade game room. On this floor you will find a half bath and bedroom, along with a three seasons room.
Entering through the front door you will find a spacious fully stocked kitchen & high end appliances. Kitchen features a large 14 person dining table and breakfast nook. Right off the kitchen you will find a full bathroom and bedroom.
Head upstairs to the second level and you will find two full bathrooms and two bedrooms along with a cool loft area with a pool table. A few more steps takes you to the third level which features a large bedroom (buffalo pictures) and the Master bedroom which is spectacular. The master bedroom features a spiral staircase which takes you up to an additional loft that has another king Bed. Relax in the large master bedroom with a jetted tub, walk in shower, and balcony overlooking the breathtaking indoor pool!

Summary: You won’t find a better indoor pool! The atrium was like a private spa- warm water, awesome hot tub, lots of natural light and beautiful views of the property. Spent 95% of our time in the water, was perfect for a family getaway with little ones. Kiddos and adults alike loved the game room. Super comfortable beds, and lots of them. House is dated and needs some TLC but owner was super responsive and lovely to work with.

Summary: Rented this property with a small group of friends to relax and watch a ufc event. Everyone enjoyed the property especially the pool and hot tub combo. Rooms were clean and had plenty of space. Mr.Budenz was great on communication throughout the entire stay. Would recommend anyone to book it. Not to far of a drive if youre coming from Chicago. Plenty of food options in the area. Would book again in the future.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, the pool was warm and fun. We live in the area and we're looking for a great way to celebrate a birthday without having to board our two huskies. Communication and response time we're both very impressive. Amazing memories and pictures that we will look back on and cherish forever. Would definitely recommend this property. The pool is very deep and I was worried with our ten year old so I slept with her to make sure she didn't get herself into trouble, that would be my only advice. Other than that it was a carefree adventure :).
