Positive: Property was large, spacious and in a fantastic location directly opposite the lake. We also liked the upstairs loving area and the views of the lake. Very quiet neighbourhood made it very relaxing.

Negative: Property was very dirty and poorly maintained in some areas. We had to clean multiple areas of the house when we checked in, especially the kitchen and living room. Couch was filthy. Multiple broken items including upstairs blinds, bathroom door handles, sink plug just to name a few.

Summary: Great location + property, better if clean + maintained
