Outstanding accommodations for large family gatherings. A recent renovation has transformed this gorgeous home into the epitome of indoor/outdoor living! . Gain access to the well-appointed private backyard through any number of rooms, including the primary bedroom, guest bathroom, breakfast nook and media room. Added to the outdoor space(s)are a built-in BBQ, living area(complete with TV and fire table), resurfaced black-bottom pool, lounge chairs with oversized umbrellas, dining for 10, complete with outdoor tableware and serving dishes.
Inside, you'll enjoy a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, recently updated formal living room, dining room, and media room , and TV(complete with streaming service). Primary bedroom/bathroom offers a king-size bed, gas fireplace, private outdoor access, soaker tub, shower, and separate toilet room. Each secondary bedroom boasts a queen sized bed, luxury cotton sheets, and walk-in closet. Fantastic location with great freeway access. Summary: This is an amazing home. Very tastefully decorated with all the amenities anyone would ever need. Very Clean and comfortable. Pool and bbq area perfect for entertainment. Also very close to downtown. Amy was very responsive with any questions. Would highly recommend this home for any type of stay.

Summary: Had excellent communication with the host and the house exceeded every expectation I had. It was perfect for our special occasion and I can't imagine anyone finding fault with this accommodation, since it was well supplied with all amenities. Very nice gas grill, pool, comfortable beds with cozy linens, etc.

Summary: My family and I rented this house to stay in while we attended a wedding over the weekend. It was an amazing place. It was in a quiet neighborhood, and the floor plan couldn't have been any better for us. There were plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms for us to all get ready, and lots of rooms for us to visit in. The wedding was an evening wedding, and we had such a fun time in the amazing backyard visiting, and playing in the beautiful pool. The outdoor space was my absolute favorite. We spent most of the day out there. This house was so comfortable. We originally tried to get hotel rooms, but they were booked so I looked for the house. This was so much better than staying in a hotel. There was so much space to be together and visit. Amy was so nice, and accommodating. We will definitely do this again if another occasion comes up. I would highly recommend renting this house.

Summary: We were in the area looking at the college as a group of 6. The house was beautiful and worked out perfectly for our needs. Amy was very accommodating and pleasure to work with. We would definitely stay there again when we are in town.

Summary: Our return to this delightful home for our after -Christmas family gathering reminded us of why we loved our first visit, and why we’ll return soon. This is an exceptional home: welcoming, comfortable, stylish, clean, and roomy. The kitchen is a cooks dream, with everything you need to cook and bake and plenty of room for kitchen helpers. The outdoor built-in BBQ by the pool was a bonus! This is a house that is a home in all the best ways. Amy is wonderful to work with - thoughtful and responsive.
