A rare opportunity to rent a well thought out large detached family villa situated close to Praia da Luz. it suits all ages as there is a toddlers pool for the very little ones, a large swimming pool for the young & old with a shallow and a deep end. Both are heated. A wet pool slide will keep the children happy while the adults sit in the shaded areas, relax in a hammock or BBQ and have some cold refreshments.
Inside the fully modernised villa there is games room with entertainment including a pool table, darts, table football, music docking station and board games. There is a x box 360, films & two large televisions with English & worldwide T.V. via satellite & fibre internet.. A dual fibre Wi-Fi network.
Outside the property there is a table tennis table, pro swing ball, trampoline, toddlers seesaw & swings.

Every bedroom has a 3 speed ceiling fan for comfort and built in wardrobes. The lounge/kitchen and the upstairs landing have an air conditiong unit. The villa has heat reflecting double glazed windows with security shutters. The windows are 'tilt n turn' so they can be left open at night with the shutters closed.

The villa has a pool heater which is included in your booking price.

There are 3 external tables with seating for 16 people. Outdoor sofa with table. 12 sun loungers

Praia da Luz has a lovely beach. Also many Restaurants and Bars. There are 2 supermarkets with bakeries & butchers for your daily supplies. It is a fifteen minute walk. It costs between 5-7 Euros for an 8 seater taxi.
Burgau is a smaller village with a beautiful beach. It also has many Restaurants and Bars. A taxi will cost 5-10 Euros.
Lagos is the main town which is 5 Km away. It has 5 large supermarkets including a Lidl and Aldi. There is a 6 Km long beach. Hundreds of Restaurants & Bars. This is an historic town with many interesting places to see. A taxi will cost 15-20 Euros for an 8 seater.

Summary: We booked this villa as a retirement holiday gift to ourselves and our family, 10 of us total, 6 adults, 4 children ages 6-64. The accommodation suited our needs perfectly and the outside space and things to do meant that everyone's needs and wishes were catered for brilliantly, sun lovers, shade lovers, water lovers, those who wanted to just relax and those who are on the go the whole time. The pool and slide, table tennis table and the hammock were particular favourites all round. The villa itself was incredibly well equipped, inside and out. The people that came to tend the pool and gardens were lovely and the property manager was incredibly helpful. We had an amazing stay, it will be a very hard act to follow. Thank you

Summary: Fabulous Villa lots to offer we had a party of 14 from one year old twins thru to grandparents, you could always find a quiet place too if you could escape ! Loads of games to keep all ages satisfied we had basket ball comps kicks abouts and loads of fun on the pool

Summary: This property is exactly how it is advertised. Everything is too a tee and so very clean. The welcome on arrival by Geoff - the property manager is perfect and offers a great insight to the property and surrounding area. This is definitely a 5 star villa!

Summary: Visited for 1 week. Good communication before we arrived by Geoff (host). Simple check-in process and met at property by Geoff before being shown around. Property is large, spacious, and exceptionally clean. Outdoor area is stunning and exactly as photographed. Air conditioning is limited to only the living room and the hallway. Probably a 15 minute walk into Luz from the villa. Geoff is in contact throughout and a great person for local knowledge re. restaurants, bars etc. Would 100% recommend this villa to anyone visiting Luz.

Summary: We had an amazing time staying at the Villa. Would highly recommend for a large group with kids. We were 5 adults and 4 kids under 10 and it was perfect. Pool and back yard were great. All of the amenities in the house were just what we needed. And the bedrooms worked out perfectly for us. And Geoff is a great host. Couldn’t recommend a vacation villa for a family group more than this one.

Summary: We stayed for a week in the villa. The outdoor facilities were superb. We were on a family holiday with our children and grandchildren and there was plenty of space for all. The pool was a great size. A car is highly recommended. The villa was very spacious and the manager very helpful. I would highly recommend.

Summary: The villa was impeccably clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked with a wide variety of cooking utensils. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep and enjoy some private time. The outdoor area was fantastic, offering numerous activities. The local restaurants were outstanding, particularly Restaurante O Malhao, which served delicious BBQ meat and a fresh food buffet. Geoff was excellent in communicating with us and ensuring we had everything we needed.

Summary: Absolutely wonderful villa,loads of room inside & out ,kids loved there stay plenty to occupy all ages .Essential, s like hair dryers in all the double rooms extra towels ,board games the list goes on .The manager who looks after the villa couldn't be more helpful nothing was to much trouble. Highly recommended for a family holiday 4star accommodation.

Summary: A beautiful villa. Fantastic for a large family. Very well equipped. We had an amazing week. The only downside was the walk uphill from the beach in very hot weather. Would highly recommend.
