Amenities included: central air, dishwasher, multiple pools, stainless steel appliance, washer & dryer, lanai, golf (optional), fitness center, and tennis/pickleball. Utilities included: air conditioning and water. Stoneybrook has an Arthur Hills designed 18 Hole golf course, lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, a heated community pool & spa, well equipped fitness center, bocce courts, full service restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating, Grill Room, Bar & Pro shop. The community is adjacent to the Legacy bike/walking Trail and close to shopping, restaurants, the YMCA, Nokomis & Siesta Beach. Transfer fee made payable to Stoneybrook for Golf membership and use of all the beautiful club facilities. No pets allowed per HOA and one month minimum rental (28 days).
