Positive: The place is clean, spacious, and is located near the Vilaverde Bajo train station. Parking is available either on the street of the apartment or in the nearby station's free parking.

Negative: The location is very sub-urban. Nothing to see here, and everything is far away. If you have a car during your stay or are planning on taking the train, this is perfect for you.
