Positive: Amazing view and a perfect location. The place is nice, calm, and offers great facilities. Truly worth the money and highly recommended!

Positive: Beautiful hotel on a gorgeous beach - the photos don’t do it justice. Sunset on the beach was especially nice. The family suite was really spacious. We loved the snorkelling trip by boat to Elephant Rock.
Negative: The top bunk in the family suite wouldn’t be suitable for a child younger than 8 or 9, in my opinion, as the guardrails on the bed only went halfway along and there would be a big drop onto the hard tiles below if a child fell out.

Negative: Staff were offhand. The first encounter was a check-in guy just sticking his hand out and saying “passports” - rude and unnecessary and set the wrong tone from the beginning. In room service was incredibly slow sometimes waiting over an hour for food to arrive that was promised in 20 minutes
Summary: Great location. Good facilities. Not great on cleaning. Will go to another hotel on the same coastline next time

Positive: Great pool and location, easy to go elsewhere for food and drinks so not trapped despite the great location
Negative: Spa was ok but not wow and aircon in room even after being fixed was very poor and so room warmer than ideal but rest of stay was really good so do not be put off by that.
