Positive: Big bed and bathroom Toiletries and water everyday Cleaning everyday

Negative: The breakfast was soggy, not enough tables to accommodate guests Staff were slow and not attentive, the reception We arrived on check in time hut they made us wait one hour for our rooms The sheets that were changed daily and the duvet had yellow spots on them, also the towels and pillow cases. Floors were rarely cleaned (there was a lash from a previous resident that stayed three days on my room floor) There were insects inside the room The location was not very convenient, if you are a tourist you should stay in PIK 2 or anywhere with less traffic and crowd

Positive: The staff were so helpful.

Negative: The room is small. I ordered for non smoking room, but the bedsheet smells cigarettes. The parking are so small also the security didnt help the taxi driver to get out from the area at all. The ac was leaking The sink was leaking also. The breakfast has less varieties. Also the room was noisy from outside because of the window

Summary: They should improve and maintain the hotel more.
