Positive: We found your hotel's location easily. However, it was a bit far from the city center. When we checked in, the receptionist, Muhammet Ramadan, was very attentive to us and even changed our room when we told him we were on our honeymoon. Nermeen in customer relations also took great care of us, constantly asking if we needed anything and preparing our room very well for our honeymoon. There are several restaurants within the hotel; you can make a reservation and join them, or you can dine at the à la carte restaurant. The beach was beautiful and clean. We also went diving with the dive company within the hotel, and they took excellent care of us there. There were no problems with cleanliness; everything was spotless. The staff were very attentive. We thank them all.

Negative: It wasn't exactly suited to the Turkish palate. There were a lot of dishes, but I couldn't quite taste them. My wife did like some of the dishes. If you don't like trying different flavors, you might have a bit of a hard time.

Positive: Everything was amazing. All the little details are taken care of until you check out. The whole stuff is very welcoming, friendly, and supportive wherever you go. And thanks to Mohamed Ramadan from the reception team, he has given us a glimpse of the positive experience we are going to have the moment we talked with him. Definitely, I am recommending it to my friends and will come back again!

Negative: Only the room mattresses and pillows need to be renovated to more premium comfy ones.

Positive: One of the best stays I’ve ever stayed- the staff was exceptional, always checking on you and keeping you comfortable, Mr.Amir is a wonderful and very professional manager, he keeps a constant check in on his guests to ensure excellence. Mr. Alaa was a pleasure as well, constant great service, making sure all the food and restaurants were up to the standard. Any minor requests they immediately do it with a friendly smile. The food was great, lots of options from Italian, Asian, Mediterranean and Indian alongside with a buffet that’s has different foods everyday. The beach is a very close walk from the rooms, clean rooms and great room service. Lots of bars and snacks around. Constant entertainment to the guests and also privacy and quiet in other areas. This is a great spot for families and couples. They have aqua park for the kids, and an amazing spa for the couples. I’ve traveled internationally many times and this was by far my favorite experience with a welcoming staff, great location, many amenities overall satisfaction was excellent!

Summary: Wonderful stay, couldn’t be more spoiled with all the wonderful staff and amenities around me

Positive: Everything was perfect. Starting from the guest relationship manager Mr Rahim who was keen to make the one comfortable and always there just to facilitate everything for us. Food is marvellous and a lot of varieties everyday. We have tried the Indian, Italian & Egyptian cuisine and they were beyond exceptional. Feeling thirsty or need anything, Hamdy at the bar is always there with his beautiful smile and eagerness to help .

Negative: Nothing, they are really ready to make your stay comfortable and just to enjoy.

Positive: Great place, hotel for families with all inside. Pools, restaurants, beach. Great thanks to the room cleaning personnel, the restaurant waiters, the dishwashers, gardeners, animation team. Everything in this hotel works perfectly and they work as a team to make your staying comfortable. We appreciated all the personnel.

Negative: The food is good, especially the meats and the vegetables. However, a higher choice of fish and seafood would be better. For example, instead of having everyday chicken grilled on the barbecue, 2 times per week they can offer fresh fish on the barbecue and you can pick the fish you want to be grilled. That would make all the difference .
