Summary: Friendly staff. The hotel was amazing. Location is great as long as you are with a car. It is just 5-7 min from town

Summary: This hotel is like an island - the hotel is really nice, but it's in the middle of nowhere, between the town of Villa Maria and the freeway; and the neighborhood right next to the hotel is really run-down, but you don't see it. The room was very clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was totally functional. Also, the hotel had a restaurant attached to the hotel, which was a great bonus as we were there during a very ugly thunderstorm. The dinner food was OK, not great, but the service was very nice and friendly; breakfast was in the restaurant too, and was also OK. The best part was the service overall - very welcoming and friendly.

Summary: From the first moment, we felt very welcome. The staff including Nicolas, Andrea and many others were great. Helpful with directions around town, ideas for where to eat, to helping solve a few travel issues, the staff was great. The rooms were newer and very clean, well laid out.
