Summary: Alyeska Resort is a 5 star resort in a 10 star setting. The view from the back terrace is beautiful and there are multiple opportunities for hiking, biking or just gazing. The restaurants are also top notch.

Summary: The layout of the rooms was nice, however, there was no elevator and we had to use the laundry room on the second floor and the entire downstairs hallway smelled like sewage.

Summary: Alyeska Resort has an excellent location, but the experience didn’t feel premium for the price. The carpets had a strong moldy/musty smell throughout the hallways and even near the restaurant, which really affected the overall atmosphere. We were told the sauna and other amenities required reservations because they were busy, but they appeared empty. The sauna was also barely warmer than room temperature. Beautiful location, but the interior, cleanliness, and amenities need improvement to justify the premium price.

Summary: It was a nice resort. I absolutely recommend booking time at the spa. The hotel is functional yet needs a good remodel in some areas. Especially the beds; they were extremely uncomfortable. The room was very warm; it was a summer visit. I do not believe they have AC. They do provide a fan, so this may not be a deal breaker. Otherwise, a good visit.

Summary: This resort was just ok. nothing special. expensive restaurants and tram lift. rooms felt old and a little dirty. our shower was clogged and the water did not drain. i would not recommend staying here

Summary: You pay the price! It was basically a nice clean regular hotel room. With exception of towel warmer. Not bigger than others. Hotel beautiful, room clean, bed very comfortable and staff exceptional.

Summary: This resort is lovely. Wonderful location with several hiking options right from the resort. Amenities such as fitness center and pool were great. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We had one bad experience at one of the property's restaurants, but other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. Not enough parking and the overflow parking is a bit of a walk.
