Summary: Room was sub par for cleanliness. Floor was obviously not cleaned. Food and items from previous guests were still o the floor. Several walls had bodlily fluids on them. Parking was very minimal and lot had very large, deep potholes. Recreational pool and sauna were average. Clean enough to swim in. No lifeguard.

Summary: I was not put into the room. I had booked originally and had to change rooms which took a whole day and night. We also noticed the wallpaper buckling and starting to peel off the walls. At the forte restaurant, the hostesses were very young and unprofessional, laughing and giggling. It is a beautiful place, but definitely the staff could be more friendly. We were also told that there was no way that we could get to the wildlife conservation center, and they were not helpful to help us find a ride. They told us Uber could not come. However, fortunately, Uber did come and we were able to go since I already had reservations there.

Summary: From the first second we walked into the basic check-in area that has no toilets nor is a proper hotel lobby , to the morning we left, we felt we had made a huge mistake to book this place . The lady who checked us in spoke pigeon English & was not helpful at all about info related to the place . She must have skipped charm school ¬ attended customer service lessons . The room was adequate in size. Plastic chairs on the balcony. No fridge , no microwave & no amenities at the check in office other than a shop and 2 food trucks . This place is Not a hotel . Camp ground with a few rooms .we Were told to cross the road if we needed to use the restrooms. Cross the highway and go to the lodge across the road ? Really ? I would recommend that place , Denali village. We paid a high price for a dated place with no amenities at all . ½ h free internet did not work . Extra 7$/h for internet. Too many People seem to want to visit Denali which is making it extortionate and not value for money . This place did not have happy staff at front desk nor offer anything much . So un-American . We had breakfast at the Denali village which was better than nothing. We paid almost $1500/4 n. Such a shame we had paid in advance . There are other places that are much better for that kind of money . Motel standards are better

Summary: A first class resort in a great location. It was the perfect place to spend a couple of days after a cruise and before a visit to the Alaska interior. Comfortable large room and warm modern yet lodgelike decor. We ate at Seven Glaciers atop the mountain and went to the tesort’s amazing Nordic spa. The town and village had some great eateries and a funky vibe.

Summary: We had a great one night stay. So much to do on the property- we took the tram to the top- had some drinks and lunch at the top and took several great hikes. The rooms were large and comfortable. We had an amazing dinner at the sushi restaurant and wonderful cocktails at the bar. We would definitely recommend.

Summary: The location is absolutely amazing. We had no idea what to expect but the setting and Gurdwood setting was just beyond our expectations. If we come back to Alaska we to stay longer than three days.
