Positive: It's in a good location, the room is tiny but nice. The view from the room is nice.
Negative: Accessing the amenities isn't convenient. There's no clear information given to us at check in, there are no signs explaining anything. We wanted to play shuffle board and we had to ask around many people to find the pucks. The pool person who is in charge was missing and there's only one person to manage everything..it was a waste of the resort fee that we paid. The restaurant service is sooooooooo slow. The food so.mediocre. I don't think it was worth the price at all.

Positive: The Nordic spa was amazing. The resort staff were very welcoming and pleasant.
Negative: My bed had a bit of a dip. Nordic spa requires a swim suit, which is fine, but the largest swim suit sold there is XL. I needed a 3XL. :)

Positive: Great location! The main reason we stayed here was cause of the spa which is totally worth it and its just walkable from the hotel so you save at least $15 since you can leave your car parked in hotel in the meantime.
Negative: Property is a bit dated but it gives you the mountain feel so its all good.
