Positive: Alyeska is in a beautiful spot. We love skiing right up to the hotel, and the ski valet is such a great addition- no hauling your skis up to your room! The amenities are excellent- the pool and hot tub are always a highlight of our trip. Looking forward to our next stay.

Negative: It’s a little expensive to buy anything on the property, but it’s worth it.

Positive: Great location, pool, hot tub, and sauna. We were excited to ski too!

Negative: Room was terrible. No view as described in room description. The room was dated and there wasn’t even a microwave in the room. It was very loud and the room was in a strange, isolated spot within the hotel.

Positive: The location next to the tram is awesome. The room was very clean and comfortable. The fall colors - even in mid-October were beautiful. Parking is close and plentiful; and management did not assess a parking fee - thank you.

Negative: Maybe they could have provided a few black tea bags in the room; they do not cost very much. One of the reasons we visited Girdwood was to hike; the trails originating at the hotel are not well marked. Bar food and beverages are expensive.
