Enjoy this private property in the coveted Echo Ridge neighborhood located .7 miles from
Mount Alyeska. Wake up and check the ski report from the comfort of your primary suite. Echo
Ridge is steps away to wooded trails, mountain biking and Virgin Creek Falls Trailhead. Our
home has 2 separate living areas and spans over 3700 s/f with an open floor plan and mountain
contemporary design. Five spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms make this a perfect place
for a large family, several couples or two small families. We designed our home to give our
guests warmth with all the amenities for comfort, convenience, and coziness.Two private decks
for grilling with an abundance of furniture for dining, relaxing, or yoga with the view of the
Chugach Mountain Range. Everyone will have the space they need with this home. Soak in the
warmth of the private hot tub including robes, slippers, and heated towels or warm up by the
fireplace watching a movie on your 75” flat screen.
Our open concept floorplan allows all to be together in the kitchen, dining and living area.
Plenty of games in the loft accommodating all ages with a working desk and monitor. If you
bring the little ones, let us know. We have you covered with highchair, pack n play and right
sized plasticware!
The garage includes racking for skis, boot heaters, fishing rod storage, cooler for use, and a
refrigerator/ freezer to store fish. Bicycles available upon request.

Summary: This place is so amazing. Location could not be better - the views are incredible. Karen was great with communication and you can tell the property is well taken care of. Every little detail is thought out. We have an infant with us and they provided a high chair and gate. Would recommend to anyone.

Summary: My family and I had such a great time at this place in Girdwood! There’s plenty of space and the two kitchens were so great for our large group. The kitchen is fully stocked with all kinds of appliances, dishes, and anything we would need.There were such a lovely view from the great roomand a plenty of comfortable seating for us all to get around and talk. We are so grateful for our time.

Summary: We had a group of 7 adults. Plenty of room, I don't think we even used the lower "apartment" area. The owners were very communicative and open to ideas we may have had regarding the check-in process.We had everything we needed for dinners we made at the house. Usually, we find that very basic things are discarded or taken that the previous renters may have left.(ie-seasonings, canned goods, beer!) This was not the case here. Which is nice, considering there isn't a full grocery in town. Thanks for a great time and we will suggest to any of our friends wanting to come out to Girdwood to make some memories in your home.

Summary: When the moment you walk in the door, you feel at home. The view from the living room was a real winter wonderland. Their accommodations were amazing, and the owners were very welcoming and informative. They had all the extra touches. I would highly recommend this home for your next day. I know when I visit Girdwood again I will be giving them a call.
