Positive: The Alver Lodge studio was perfect for our needs. Located 0.1 miles from our son's new house. The bed is comfy. Kitchen is well supplied. Since we drink lots of cold beverages, we appreciated the large capacity of the under-countertop refrigerator. Freezer allowed us to have ice cubes. Many pots & pans, useful for the stove top. Full bathroom with good water pressure in the shower. The porch is very private - quiet & nice for relaxing. Walking distance to beach, mini-marts and the center of Lee-on-the-Solent (Coop and restaurants).

Negative: No negatives. Alver Lodge was a home run for us. Very prompt, kind and responsive home owners to our minor inquiries. We recommend an individual or a couple.
