Positive: Close to airport, comfortable bed. Double glazed windows.
Negative: No kettle in room, small bathroom (but it was just for the night, so wasn't a big deal). I'm a light sleeper, so I could hear when everyone else left their rooms and the building. I have stayed here before, so if you b are a light sleep toi, I recommend you ask for a room at the back (i think room 5 was the best)

Positive: A beautiful property. Alvalade was welcoming, sparkling clean and soothing for the soul after a long day of travel. Its location is perfect for quick access to the airport. There is no on site restaurant but a quick taxi or 10 minute walk to eating and limited shopping. Breakfast served was good. The staff is excellent.
Negative: The garden area was disappointing

We would recommend this jewel to anyone. Thank you
