Summary: Lovely hotel. Nice pool, Comfortable beds. Staff at reception outstanding, and a special thanks to Mandy for her help and kindness when I fell and injured my back during my.stay. Entertainment too loud which carried up to rooms. Bar staff need a bit of training in mixology.

Summary: My stay was wonderful at the hotel. The staff was incredible, they are very hard working and dedicated to their jobs. Their facilities are plenty and fun to use. The pool are was splendid. I just have 3 elements that I was not glad with: 1. The water from the bathroom sink is not drinkable as it is chlorinated. 2. The dishes were not properly cleaned, I was always struggling to find a clean dish to eat breakfast or dinner. 3. In my room 531 in the bathroom where the glass is not properly sealed in the corner. Water was always falling down on the edge and was gathering on the floor.

Summary: The staff were very nice and friendly, but unfortunately the food was terribly disappointing. They offered a fair variety but the quality was very poor definitely not for a 4* . Also you want a nice sandy beach or a calla is not the right area for that.
