Positive: Great location and friendly host. Loved seeing the plexiglass panel on the wall showing the traditional construction. Cool place.

Positive: The house has its own character, floor feeling slightly tilted, ceiling is low, wood everywhere. Exactly what you expect in an old frame house (Fachwerkhaus). The house is in an area with low traffic, in the middle of the city. Excellent to reach all places required for commerce easily. Even train station and supermarkets can be reached in under 10 minutes on foot. The house does not have a washing machine and dryer itself, but the owner provided an easy solution for us in another property and offered even to wash some of our clothes for us.

Negative: Some of the interior in the bathroom was distorted or damaged, most likely by excessive water spillage from former guests.
