Positive: The room was small but cozy and, most importantly, clean, with a comfortable bed, a wardrobe and a small desk. The shared facilities (bathroom + kitchen) were reasonably clean and totally sufficient for my needs. I don't usually have a large breakfast, but there's everything there you might need for one, and I helped myself with cereals and a cup of coffee. On top of everything else, the host Rosy reacted promptly on inquiries and even made sure that I could enter my room two hours in advance. All in all, considering the price, great value for the money and definitely worth a recommendation.

Negative: The shower could be cleaned a bit more frequently.

Negative: de-facto, no breakfast despite the promise. You can self-treat from the fridge, but it's far less than a breakfast. Screaking floors. Remote location from any business life and no way to get Uber taxi there
