Positive: Interior design and colors

Negative: Lack of parking (closed due to resurfacing and stinking hot tar was very bad and inconvenient, as I have mobility disability. It stained our shoes and my fiancé had to carry most of our luggage.

Summary: It was engagement weekend for Us, so I tried to arrange perfect mini vacation- construction @ parking was a spoiler

Positive: Location was awesome. Walking distance to Main Street Ketchum,walking and biking trail. Close to ski resort if needed. Place was very clean upon arrival.

Negative: Would be awesome if there was a bathroom on the main floor but realize that would kill the open space on the first floor. As a middle aged couple running up the stairs that are somewhat steep and narrow to use the bathroom was somewhat annoying. Place would be awesome for a family with younger kids S they would love the upstairs bunk style sleeping area kinda reminds me of treehouse.

Positive: Excellent location - close to restaurants, bars, shops, & hiking/biking trails. Unit was very clean & had just about everything you could need for a comfortable stay in Ketchum. Wifi worked well. Parking lot was free and easy to find parking. Overall, great value!

Negative: While the property generally stayed pretty cool, the unit does not have air-conditioning & can become somewhat warm when the weather outside heats up to the upper 90's. There was also a TV on the 3rd floor with an awkward layout - a small sofa was on a raised platform & placed perpendicular to the TV.
