Positive: We had an amazing stay at this modern and clean chalet! The location is perfect—peaceful yet close to everything we needed. The space is incredibly roomy, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. We especially loved the cool vibe and stylish decor throughout. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals together. The highlight for us was the cozy fireplace, which made the evenings extra special. Plus, the ski-in and ski-out access was incredibly convenient, with a separate storage area for our ski boots. It truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend this chalet for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable retreat!

Positive: Great, spacious living room facing the pool with air conditioning. Great for the kids during the day when it's hot or rainy. Full kitchen to prepare meals and big fridge to stock food and snacks for your stay. Dining table is also great for large families of 10 people. Short walk from Shelter Cafe for a great breakfast and coffee. We had 4 kids under 10 with us. Perfect location for the 8 and 10 year olds, walking distance maybe a tad long for the 3 and 6 year old towards the end of the trip.

Negative: Outdoor pool was a little heavy on the chlorine, so quite stingy on the eyes and skin. Grass around the pool needed mowing and with the heavy rain, it only left the timber pathway a place to sit in the sun. All the sun loungers stayed wet (might be worth moving indoors during rainy season). Villa outdoors and indoors is a little more tired than the website photos, and outdoor pool area smaller than photos. But overall, the bedrooms and bathrooms are still lovely and spacious. We had a hot water issue that was fixed promptly, and the villa staff were both kind and friendly. Always lovely to see their faces in the morning.
