Summary: The rooms were fresh and clean upon arrival. Staff are friendly and helpful. Lots of boats available to rent, Italian restaurant had great food and service, and the immaculate golf course is beautifully set among the trees. Not far from Pittsburgh yet in the serene mountains of West Virginia, you feel a world away. Very relaxing. We are already planning our return!

Summary: The room was very clean, the bed and pillows were comfy. The front closes at 9pm. We got a lot of “I don’t know” or “I’m not sure.” With almost everything we asked about, could not tell us about where the beach area was, what band was playing in their boat house. The first night our television did not work and continued til the next day which they moved us and comp us. Internet connection was poor but we were there to relax. The firepitt was very nice. The housekeeper Aimee was very helpful! But it was a okay clean place. Just need some adjustments and communication with staff.

Summary: The place was pristine, so clean, and quiet! Outside of the place shutting down with nothing to do after 9pm, the water was lovely, clean and so clear! We are definitely coming back!

Summary: There have been many updates and improvement in this resort. Maid service might need a little improvement, but for the most part it was very good. Also, the restaurant prices are much too high for the area. I know it is a different company that operates the restaurant, but they seriously need to reduce their prices.

Summary: No front desk staff at night…. We got locked in the pool area, told it closed at 2300. We had to use the emergency exit (which didn’t alarm). Not a lot left for breakfast for the “normal folk” not there for the golf tournament…

Summary: We had to come into town for a family emergency and needed somewhere clean and quiet to stay as my husband is still immunosuppressed from 4 years of cancer treatments. The staff were wonderful, especially the lady in housekeeping. She was helpful and super sweet. The rooms are kind of dated, but it was clean and quiet. Lots of pillows, mattresses were nice. There is a lovely patio for each room and the scenery is really breath taking. Only real downside was breakfast was mentioned on the website and on a little sign posted on-top of the tv in the room, but when we went in search of breakfast we were told they no longer offer that. Overall we were pretty happy with our stay and would go back again.

Summary: The rooms were very clean, but restraunt/lounge was closed due to no staff and that was one of the reasons we chose this hotel because there is nothing close to go eat and have a drink, so we chose this hotel BUT it was not open and no where on the web site it said it was closed, and was not told this when they called to confirm my resorvations, didnt find out until we got there so that was a dissapointment, the tv screeen was messed up, very very small. I would stay again IF the restaruant is open. the views are beautiful. rooms clean,but call ahead next time. some of the games in the game room were also broken.
