Spacious and quiet house with the appeal of rustic and the comfort of a modern house. Passage of the GR 5 under the windows. It benefits from a natural and vast environment with the advantages of a 'hilltop' village in the Maritime Alps, very lively in summer. Close to the Buisses resorts ;, Beuil and Valberg with multiple activities and entertainment (via ferrata, tree huts, swimming pools, local festivals, etc.)
House accessible on foot by an alpine path 150 meters from the parking lot. Your luggage will be brought to the house thanks to a winch which makes the reputation of the district with guaranteed effect with children!
The terraced house is built on two levels.
Downstairs are two bedrooms.
The first, 'children' with a window overlooking the garden, includes a bunk bed and a single bed. The second, 'parents' with a window overlooking the garden and a very large one on the valley is the largest (20 square meters) has a large 160 cm bed, a large chest of drawers and a large wardrobe wall.
The entrance hall gives access to the separate toilet and the bathroom.

Summary: The property was great a little out the way but as advertised There was obviously a language barrier so I would suggest some pre translated instructions on finding the property up the small lane which was diificult and parking instructions which was not clear otherwise all fine

Summary: We have stayed at the house for 10 nights, including a New Years Eve, going skiing to Valberg everyday and returning to a cosy and beautiful house. We enjoyed the combination of skiing on a slop and living in a mountain house. The owners lent us two pairs of skies and we arranged keeping them at a ski location near slops, so it was very convenient not to carry skies with us all the time. It was rather nice to have a walk from our car to the house. This definitely made a positive impact on our level of fitness! The property has everything one needs for a comfortable stay. The mountain views are breathtaking, the dawns and starry nights are spectacular. The fireplace was a lovely feature and kept us warm and cosy in the evenings. We played table games found in the house and watched Romantic movies in French. If you are looking for a digital detox, beautiful mountain walks and skiing, this is a place for you. We would love to come back here, both in the winter and in the summer. We would like to thank the owner for making our stay pleasant and unforgettable. Elena and family, UK
