Positive: Size of the apartment, 2 balconies, nice view from the bedroom. Extremely clean. Plenty of storage space. Convenient location, it's just a few minutes drive to Riscone ski lifts, 45 minutes drive to Alta Badia, around 1 hour to Cortina d'Ampezzo. Available parking space w/o additional charge. There's storage for ski equipment, in the basement. Hosts are great and helpful.

Negative: There's no market or store in walking distance. The building doesn't have an elevator, so that could be a problem for some people (the apartment is on the second floor) - although it wasn't a problem for us.
