Positive: The property and rooms were beautiful. Spa was too notch! Balcony and view of Matterhorn was chefs kiss. Breakfast was amazing with mimosas included. Helpful with luggage storage! Staff was amazing. Highly recommend 10/10

Positive: Great view from the delux room in the new 'C' building, nice spa and good location not far from the train station. The room also came with nice amenities and was very well decorated

Negative: The only minor point docked from a 10 to a 9 is the inconsistent welcome. Some of the staff were incredibly nice and warm, while others seemed almost bothered to have to be there and answer. For a hotel of this standing it was slightly disappointing
