Summary: We never had any contacts with the staff which was fine but I messaged a couple times and those went unanswered. Accommodations were satisfactory, common areas were very nice and view was great but we felt the property could’ve used a little better maintenance

Summary: Nice private room with bathroom and a large communal area with every thing you might need including pool table, outside garden area is lovely, but weather was not great for us so didn't use as much as we would have liked. Situated in a quiet residential area with plenty of parking. Everything was perfect for our stay.

Summary: It would be helpful if the owners on the floor above could put felt floor protectors under the chair legs to prevent loud noise in the floor below when kitchen chairs are dragged across the floor.

Summary: Our stay was lovely! The room was nice and clean, and the location was great; great to be away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Anything you needed food/ amenities wise was only a short drive away, or you could easily Skip/ Instacart it if you don’t want to leave the room. The shower was incredible! Like a real spa experience. Bed was so comfortable.. we had an excellent sleep both nights. We would definitely return here :)

Summary: Great view of Bow River. Rooms are clean, cozy and very thoughtfully equipped. Detailed instructions for check in made it an easy contactless check in process. There is a kitchen that is well stocked. Highly recommended for those looking for a home like Boutique stay experience.
