Positive: The space was huge and very clean. Facilities included a kitchenette, washing machine and dryer. It was within walking distance of a shopping mall with Safeway, a food court and other restaurants.

Negative: There's no natural lighting in a basement flat and one is unaware of the weather outside.. As a minor quibble, the bathroom door should have a lock.

Positive: Flora was VERY kind and accommodating! The decor of the house was really nice, bright, and I loved the blue colour scheme as well! I also really liked that: - She had Netflix. I couldn't get enough of the "Warrior Nun," minus the language and gore and still mourning the fact that I wasn't able able to finish the series during my stay. I was only able to binge watch season 1 and I think it took me about 6 hours!!! I do recommend the series but not the language, gore, and don't watch at night before bed- I scared myself in the dark 😂 -The body wash was rich and lovely. I am not one to experiment and usually bring my own (and I did) but the presentation of the body wash was just too enticing and it didn't disappoint 😄 -The close proximity to Market Mall and gas stations and to other areas that I had to get to.

Negative: The bed was comfy but a bit too low for me. I'm pretty tall so ergonomics like that matter to me, lol! The pillows were really soft ,(I prefer harder ones) but I discovered that there was a harder pillow in the closet that was very easily accessible. All in all, the above are just minor details. I would wholeheartedly recommend and stay here again in a heartbeat! - Booking.com.should update the fact that breakfast is not offered as that was one feature I was looking for when I booked the room. Nevertheless, I had discussed with Flora prior to arriving (because of a comment in a review) and she confirmed that breakfast wasn't part of it.

Positive: I loved how quiet it was. I had no problem parking infront of the house. The owner was nice. I was right up next to a mall. And my daughter and I had fun at the mall during our stay.

Negative: My only nit picks are, I wish you had more options for pillows, the bed felt a little used, the lock on my bedroom door i just couldn't seem to lock in from the inside. But we were not disturbed while we slept. The walls on the toilet should get a bit of attention but that can be easily fixed.

Summary: Great stay with minor nit picks.

Positive: Very clean. Flora answered all of my messages very quickly.

Negative: The only issue was the other guest, which of course the owner has no control over. He did not realize he was booking a room in a shared house (he didn't read the listing or the messages Flora sent him, apparently). It turned out ok though.

Positive: This was a spacious, clean and fresh unit. She no longer offers breakfast which was great as we book self catering so we can be independent. We needed laundry access and the machines are beautiful, new and large. The snow was kept cleared for us. We felt very safe and comfy. Lots of space for our uni ages kids to come eat dinner with us and catch up.

Negative: We were great with everything. There was one person upstairs who was quiet.

Summary: Excellent and quiet during a cold winter weekend stay.
