Aloha! This Beautifully Designed and Renovated (April 2023) Large one bedroom condo unit is Tastefully redone to complement its Natural Surroundings. Located closest to the best beaches, this single level (no stairs) ground floor unit has 6 windows and 2 sliding glass doors. There's plenty of natural light and beautiful views throughout the whole unit. The spacious and open floor plan will help you feel relaxed and comfortable. This Kuilima Estates East condo unit could easily become your favorite place to get away from it all. This unit is cool with natural trade winds flowing through it. If needed, it has a brand new split air conditioner system. There is also an A/C unit in the bedroom as an additional option for your comfort. The updated Kitchen has all New appliances, Granite countertops and everything you need for indoor meals. Located on the 18th Fairway of Turtle Bay's Fazio Golf Course, this spacious Kuilima East end unit will comfortably accommodate a family of 4 people. There's a Comfortable King Size Bed in the bedroom, a queen size blow-up air mattress and 2 fold up futon mattress with linens and pillows for everyone.
One of the coolest thing about this unit is the enclosed Private Patio Lanai. It provides a great outdoor living space that flows smoothly into the interior living room. The enclosed deck is the perfect place to dine under the stars. You can store your beach gear, like beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards and sand toys. It's also a great place to store your surfboards or bikes. Also, this is one of the very few condo units with the bedroom on the ocean side, away from the parking area. The bedroom opens up to another patio with carpet-like grass that rolls onto the 18th fairway. This unit is the furthest away from the highway so no street noise and you can even hear the waves lapping on the shore in the still of the night. This beautiful unit is set back up on a knoll, giving you unobstructed views and plenty of privacy. Open the windows, open the drapes and let Hawaii's Natural Beauty surround you. This Great Location is an easy walk to the Best Beaches, Golf Clubhouse, tennis courts, Recreation Area, Restaurants, and the Turtle Bay Resort. A perfectly heated swimming pool is near by with 2 poolside Bar-BQ grills. This unique vacation rental is a great find, it's very special, cool and comfortable. Turtle Bay & Kuilima is our favorite place to be on vacation and we appreciate the opportunity to share this special property with you.

Summary: Love this location. Short drive to so many lovely beaches. Walking distance to Turtle Bay/Ritz Carlton. Beach House Restaurant at Turtle Bay is a must. Our hosts Bernie and Kam were very responsive to any questions we had. We would stay again.

Summary: What a wonderful property! All the comforts of home. We could have moved in and been totally comfortable. Fabulous location. What a comfortable couch and ottoman. An awesome bed. Large and well lit bath. Beautiful golf course view outside bedroom sliding glass door and nice patio. Additional private, enclosed patio off of dining room. Welcome Hawaiian chocolates and cookies were a nice touch. We loved our stay here!

Summary: My husband and I chose this North Shore VRBO as base for our exploration of North & East Oahu. It was a lovely condo as pictured with plenty of gear (beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear including flippers, boogie boards, tennis rackets and balls, beach towels, a few sand toys). Next door to the condo is a community pool (didn't use), but did enjoy the free tennis courts. The Ritz Carlton is a 10min walk or 1min drive (parking & beach free but pool requires a 80 day pass). We enjoyed a drink at their pool bar and ate at the Beach House by Roys. There are several other restaurants you can walk to or 8 min drive to wonderful food trucks in Kahuku.The assistant and property manager were very responsive and helpful when we had a minor issue with the door lock. They came and repaired it the same day. Other than that, we had no problems. They left us a welcome gift which was greatly appreciated.The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/dishes and had lots of spices and oatmeal, though we just ate breakfast there.The unit does have a washer/dryer though we did not end up using it. The water pressure in shower/tub is good. The mattress was a little softer than I am used to but overall comfortable. We appreciated the fan in the bedroom. There is a TV in bedroom and family room with cable and streaming services. Parking is free and outside the unit. Only negative is thin walls/ceiling so you can hear upstairs/next door. Rest of area very quiet though. We highly recommend!

Summary: We stayed here for a few days while visiting the North Shore. Everything was great, clean, and accessible! Everywhere we wanted to go was close by. The property manager was very communicative and responded quickly. The place was clean and had everything we needed! Would definitely come back!!
