Negative: I would liked to have had the room serviced more frequently. Minor issue as it was Thanksgiving week.

Positive: I liked everything, it was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. It was easy to maintain a steady temperature too.

Negative: Slight sign of mold in the shower stall, only in the grout. It was barely visible though.
