Summary: First time staying. The staff is very friendly and helpful, no issues there. However, there was a terrible smell that went throughout floor 7, room 714 that smells like sulfur or stagnant water. The bathroom sink water flow lacks pressure, and the rug smells, but the beds are comforable. The sister hotel, the Cascade, seemed to better kept and also has a restaurant that has really good service and food.

Summary: This is my favorite Aloft to stay at in the Kansas City area. The location is excellent and the staff is great.

Summary: Poor Poor Customer service at the front desk. Completely ignore you and pretend what you're asking for They can't even help you with. Room had no amenities was extremely tiny. Food from bar was Horrible and the cook was unfriendly as can be. Place made you feel as if being white was Bad. Never come back here

Summary: AMAZING! I will stay there again. Secure parking, safe surroundings and building. The manager was AMAZING. When o couldn't figure out the smart fridge she let me put my insulin in their fridge and sent maintenance. She was so nice and helpful. Room was sonice and bed so comfortable! Loved it

Summary: The room was incredibly small, felt damp inside, and there was some visible dust. The king size bed was 72x80 inches and felt more like a queen. It felt like a Red Roof or La Quinta room, just a threadbare ambiance. At one point they were cleaning both elevators at the same time so they couldn’t be used. We tried taking the stairs to our room and found the door to the hallway wouldn’t open, so had to walk all the way back down and take the elevator. Additionally the window covers roll up and down, and there’s no sheer light-permitting curtain, so it’s either really bright or dim in the room, and no privacy if you want a view. There was definitely not enough light in the main living space, the bedroom, so it felt very dim unless it was daytime and the window was visible. The shower was probably the most enjoyable aspect. All in all, it felt like a cheap experience. I regret booking this location.

Summary: 3 day stay. No maid service. Workers at desk and bar were friendly, but hotel was clearly understaffed. Room was clean and hotel was in a good location. Limited food and wine selections. Probably a good place for a 1 night stay, but if you are staying longer, plan on asking for extra towels and toiletries.
