Positive: Comfortable, clean modern room, well thought out layout, quiet, location was perfect for our needs. Staff super friendly and helpful.

Negative: Location was great for us but may not suit everyone. There is a regular bus service but access to a car is a benefit.

Positive: I loved how it felt welcoming when you first entered the hotel. Everyone was nice and genuine. Upon arrival I asked about the placing for breakfast and how it all worked and the front desk told me everything I needed to know. I felt safe here!

Negative: Upon booking I thought breakfast was a buffet style setting. I always prefer it that way because I get to make my own food. I don’t like my food too sweet(the pearl waffles were on the sweet side to me). I only ate breakfast one morning even though I booked my stay for 4 nights. I also did not like the mini fridge I felt it was to small and I did not have a microwave in my room so I wasn’t able to heat up my food or save food for later.

Summary: Everything was perfect, just wish breakfast was buffet style setting.
