Summary: Booked this location several times for my employees as part of a work assignment in south Austin. Outside is typical Austin homeless issues the property does a nice job of maintaining a safe environment

Summary: Hotel was very nice. However, it’s in a very shady area of the city. Also, the breakfast was not good at all. I would stay again but not at this location.

Summary: LOVE THIS HOTEL! always clean, kinda loud if room is by I35, which is expected, but AC covers that noise. There’s security out in parking lot. ALL OF austin is sketchy now a days w the homelessness, but they stay away from the parking lot/hotel. come ienlynkoct
