Summary: My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at this charming property for a three-night weekend getaway, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described—if not better. The location is conveniently situated just outside of Live Oak, which made it very easy to find, while still offering a wonderful sense of seclusion and privacy. We felt completely safe and at ease throughout our stay, which added to the peacefulness of the setting.The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and communicative, always quick to respond and very helpful without ever being intrusive. One of the highlights of our stay was meeting Hank, the resident farm dog. He was an absolute sweetheart—gentle, friendly, and immediately got along with both of us and our own dog, which made us feel right at home.The rental itself was spotless upon arrival and thoughtfully prepared. It provided a comfortable and quiet space for us to unwind, read, and enjoy a much-needed break from the hustle and bustle. One of our favorite parts of each day was taking leisurely walks with our dog down to the nearby pond, where we enjoyed watching the ducks and soaking in the peaceful rural atmosphere.All in all, this was a truly lovely stay and a perfect weekend retreat. We would absolutely stay here again in the future and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and pet-friendly escape with welcoming hosts and a beautiful property

Summary: This is a great place to get away from the stress of the world. We had a long stay and never had to worry about anything bothering us. Its name describes it well, almost camping. Sandy is one of the friendliest ladies you will ever meet and so easy to work with. If we ever go back to Live Oak we will stay here.
