Positive: very friendly, very clean. Convenient to the Metromare and the beach. Having the use of the kitchen was great.

Negative: The single bed was a bit too hard. The property is near the train tracks, not a problem especially when the windows are closed but it may bother some people.

Summary: Very pleasant, good value, very clean, very friendly.

Positive: Amazing place - you can feel like a part of Italian family who run this place! Very clean and comfortable apartaments with easy access to fully equipmented kitchen. Close to Rimini metro, and beach (less than 100m). Thank you for delicious cappuccino every morning and bottle of wine every night :)
