Negative: It was not cleaned well, there was dust everywhere, the bathroom was dirty, the closet was unusable, there were a lot of dirty unnecessary things in them. The towels had an unpleasant smell.

Positive: We only stayed for one night and were not able to enjoy the apartment as much as we would have liked due to public transport issues. The apartment is extremely convenient for the airport. It is a lot larger than the photos show and was extremely comfortable and had everything you need for a short or longer stay. It is right next to a shopping centre and the train station. Would definitely stay again if back in Rome.
Negative: Nothing. All was good.

Positive: Really nice Apartment with a big balcony. Everything you would need for a small family. Very convenient to live one station from Fiumichino Airport and 5-10 min walk to Parco Leonardo trainstation. And it only took 20-25 min with the train to Trastevere and Ostiense from where you can walk or take the Metro to the historical center of Rome. Shopping Center (close to the trainstation) with Grocerystore made the living so easy. In my personal taste Parco Leonardo is a little bit too sterile with quite modern flats and a shopping Center. But as I wrote. Everything you would like to see of Rome is close by
