Positive: We went there on winter. So this was not the season for the lake so the environment was very calm and noise free. The breakfast was very tasty and they were providing plenty of food.

Negative: It was winter and they knew that we were going to stay in the resort a few days prior and yet they did not turn on the heat before we arrived so the first day was very cold. They brought a heating fan but it was very weak so did not help much. There were too many items on the manu that they did not have. The phone for reception was most of the time not working, you had to press the button multiple times to get to reception.

Summary: I will definitely return, but there were things that could be done better

Positive: The place was amazing, very convenient if you're looking to for a breather and relax. The room was spacious, and the place was really secluded so very peaceful and relaxing. Breakfast was also very nice especially with the view :)

Negative: Even though the staff was very helpful, none of them speaks English so be sure to have good internet for translation apps to communicate.

Positive: The cabin was lovely and we had everything we needed. Beautiful view of Lake Sevan in the morning.

Negative: In December the cabin was cold. Management should consider, thicker blankets, a rug/carpet and maybe thick curtains?! The location was remote and during winter they did not light the fire or turn the string lights on outside.
