Summary: This property is very nice with water access to the St. John’s river. The screened in porch was a great playpen for our two fur babies. The master bed was very comfortable. The grill was new and a great design that we used often. This property is in a quiet neighborhood with minimal traffic in the dead end road. Great place to stay with a good location in the countryside of “ Old Florida” Area is slow paced with good restaurants nearby.

Summary: The trailer was clean, and the dock was good. There is no water at the dock, but the water hose can be pulled down to use it. The lighting in the trailer is poor. The bulbs are low-watt, and some are burned out. Toilet paper is so thin you can read a newspaper through it. Pictures make the place look bigger. For the price it fine for a fishing trip.

Summary: Comfortable mobile home with a well equipped kitchen and plenty of room to spread out. A bit dated but pleasant with a large screened lanai with short walk the large fishing dock.
