Positive: The location in great inside the park. Observation deck is not very well kept but wonderful. The view from the room.

Negative: They don’t tell you you can’t get to the hotel with a car. You have to park at the visitor center where there is hardly any parking a take a shuttle that runs every half hour. The food is just ok. For 500 US dollars you expect something more than the location.

Negative: Very worn down and could be cleaner for the price point. Did not live up to minor details you expect at this price i.e. missing slippers.

Positive: The property is located inside a national park, and the trails to visit the park are well-established and maintained. The building is full of historic memories and worth a visit. We had a medical emergency during the stay, and the staff was very helpful to bring us to the medical clinic outside of the park and helped us engage medical services effectively.

Negative: None, plan to visit in a different season to enjoy more.

Positive: The room is super comfortable!! The balcony and view out the window was beautiful!! Also, the staff were so nice and patient. The dinner and breakfast place was really good too!

Negative: It made getting to the sister ponds all up hill.
