Positive: The hosts were absolutely fantastic! We arrived by bus around 6 p.m., and since many places nearby close early, they kindly drove us to dinner. Such a thoughtful gesture. The rooms were incredibly spacious, clean, and beautifully designed—modern yet comfortable. My mom couldn’t stop raving about how wonderful everything was and insisted I leave a positive review. I highly recommend staying here. If you’re visiting this area, it’s best to have a car for convenience, and definitely communicate with the hosts. They’re very attentive and always willing to help with anything you need. Truly a warm and memorable experience!

Negative: Location is not a walking distance from restaurants, but that's true for most hotels in the area. The owner drove me to a near restaurant so it was comfortable overall.

Positive: This place is new and is very clean! The room is very spacious! Kids are so happy with the snacks and drinks provided in the room. There's also a very nice dining area on the 3rd floor. Everything is excellent. The owners are very kind, polite and very thoughtful! This made our stay in Alishan very memorable and wonderful! Thank you! We will definitely recommend it to our friends. ☺️

Positive: The owner and his wife, the cleanliness, our lovely big warm and inviting room, the view, the comfortable bed, the endless snacks. Room had wonderful view of the mountains when not raining! Parking was directly in front of the Hotel with had a lift. There was a shared kitchen dining room with microwave, coffee machine, help yourself coke and lollies, a large dining table and chairs for guest use and a balcony to watch the views. A lovely place and not far from other touristy places. Thank you for your hospitality.

Negative: Only a few very minor and personal preferences which would not effect some other travellers - pillows were hard but we forgot to ask for softer ones! Would’ve liked a fridge in our own room and a safe.

The hosts were incredibly welcoming – they invited us to a tea tasting, showed us their beautiful tea plantation, and even drove us to a nearby restaurant since we were traveling by public transport. The accommodation was very modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. They also provided plenty of snacks and generously shared their delicious tea with us. It was a truly warm and memorable experience – we would love to come back!

Positive: The room was super clean and cozy. I feels like being home. The room comes with a big TV for me to enjoy my movies at night. The property owners are friendly and they offered us their homemade Oolong teas and chit chatting with them.
