Positive: Amazing apartment in a good location. The hosts were very friendly, left us food and drinks in the fridge which was really appreciated after arriving after a long flight late in the day. Communication with the host was good. Very clean apartment with everything you need for a few days or longer.

Negative: Only one set of keys, two is more ideal.

Positive: The apartment was absolutely wonderful! It is very comfortable and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need—from a toaster and iron to air conditioning and extra bed linens. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and even left some food in the fridge, a complimentary bottle of wine, and toiletries you would normally only expect in a hotel, which was such a pleasant surprise. They also checked in during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed, which made us feel truly cared for. The apartment itself was spotless, located in a convenient area, and set in a quiet neighborhood. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment

Positive: We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Alion House. Nikos and his family gave us a very warm welcome! We have stayed in lots of apartments in Europe and this was one of the best! It’s so spacious, great location and exceptionally clean. They kindly left us food for breakfast the next morning which we’ve never had before and were most grateful! Nikos was on hand for anything during the stay. Alion House is perfectly located for walking into the old town. We would highly recommended to anyone to stay here.

Negative: Very minor (& more of a personal preference) - would prefer softer beds :)

Positive: Nikos and Antonia are excellent hosts. The house is perfectly designed for four people, with everything thoughtfully arranged and extremely clean. There is air conditioning in every room, and even an iron and ironing board are provided. For the morning, Nikos and Antonia left us plenty of items for breakfast, such as salami, bread, coffee, juice, and butter. Their communication is very strong, and whenever we needed something, they were there to help us in the best possible way. There is free parking right across from the house, and you can always find a spot. The house is a 5-minute drive from the Old Town and a 15-20 minute walk, the same distance to the city center. We are truly grateful to them for making our vacation experience perfect. We would choose to stay at their place again when we return😊 P.S: There is a tiny and beautiful café right next to the house where you can have breakfast and coffee.

Negative: Nothing, everything was perfect.

The house was clean and the location was good, only 15 minutes walk to the old city. Nikos and Antonia left us many treats, we were very pleased, thank you very much.

Positive: Everything was great! We received very warm welcome from the hosts, who were extremely helpful during whole stay and giving us many useful tips. Apartment is very clean and spacious with all the necessary appliances, all that you need to feel like at home. Free parking available in front of the house.

Positive: It’s clean , safe , comfortable and easy to reach every part of the Town . Hosts are nice, welcoming and go one step further trying to help and make you feel welcomed. Apartment is newly renovated and looks great, have everything you need and a lot of space. Beds are comfortable , sofa set as well, its just very well looked after and put an extra effort to details. We stayed there for 13 nights and loved it. I would definitely recommend staying there. Big free parking just outside that always has a free spaces and you don’t need to worry about it. Thank you for having us and hope we see you soon.

Positive: I stayed with a family in Alion House and liked everything about this accommodation. Alion House is the best place on Booking I have ever stayed! Mrs. Antonia and Mr. Nikos were excellent hosts: they welcomed us during check-in, provided detailed instructions about amenities in the apartment, and were proactive and extremely helpful. Also, they were very generous in providing the food in the fridge (eggs, soft drinks, fruits, wine, bakery food, etc.) before our check-in so we could have lunch after a long trip to Rhodes. The house was big enough for five of us, very modern, the cleanest I have stayed in, well-equipped, and comfortable! The house is 1 minute from the Acropolis with a beautiful sunset viewpoint and 10-15 minutes from the historic center/beach. Thank you, Antonia and Nikos, for making our stay so enjoyable! I give your property the highest recommendation and would love to return again!

Positive: We stayed at Alion house for almost 10 days and it was exceptional - beautiful, cozy, clean, everything there made thoughtfully with attention to details and all this made our stay so wonderful. Apartment is quite big, has enough space for family, also house full of devices that we needed, like iron, air dryer, fridge, coffee machine and even washing machine and dishwasher that we didn’t use, also we were provided a lot of towels (special thank you!). Great hosts even loaded products, wine, water to the fridge so that we had something to eat if we want, this was so vital at the first evening when we arrived and surprised in a very pleasant way. Location was great, it’s close to the Ancient theatre, Acropolis and wonderful view point from the hill. Also we could go to the both sides of island to swim (it’s about 20 min to the beach at any side).

Negative: Everything was great! From time to time it was noisy a little bit (sounds from motorbikes on the street and rarely from the bar when people watched football), but noise was easy to eliminate by closing the window (and using air conditioner if needed). So this isn’t the issue.

Summary: We had everything we needed for the comfort stay and would recommend Alion house if you planning vacation in Rhodos.
