Summary: This property and the staff were absolutely phenomenal. I couldn't have wished for a better start to my stay in Bali. I stayed here for 3 nights and had a hill view room with lovely views, granted that I had to be ready to face monkeys as they did come and walk along it, hang off chairs etc. Be mindful to keep food out of sight. The ambience at this hotel is chilled, calm and helps you to immerse in the culture. I loved it and would stay again. The hotel sent me a tray of desserts expressing with a card wishing me well after I sustained an injury on an excursion. Such care. Also the food here was out of this world.

Summary: beautiful property. People are friendly. lovely pool. our 303 villa is gorgeous. the recommendation from a lady manager? to restaurant Begawan Biji was unexpectedly enjoyable. We didn't get to see UNESCO rice terrace due to big crowd, so the visit to this restaurant made us feel better..really enjoy our massage experience (love the flower bowl underneath head pc, so can stare at flower, instead of ground). The cocktail is weak (maybe is all southeast asian thing?) & taste ok? food option is limited and service is kinda slow. in all, very good and happy. will recommend to friends
