Summary: This went very well. The view over the yachts was very good. The staff were helpful & the 'studio' I stayed in had everything you could want (apart from the balcony which was under repair). Close to food & open space. Very likely to stay there again.

Summary: Fabulous location right on Gem Pier. Lovely view over the water. We use two beds so needed one brought in. The foldaway bed was amazingly comfortable, and there was still plenty of room to move around it.
