Positive: Great kitchen, good living area. Central location.

Negative: Had a terrible smell when I arrived. Smelt like cats had urinated inside. I had to open every window and bought my car air freshener in and spread it around the premises. The lounge required cleaning.

Summary: After a few hrs the smell was not as strong, but once this is rectified it will be a great place to stay in.

Positive: It was our first home in Australia and we liked that it is cozy with a big living room. Also the bedrooms are big enough to host four people. The kitchen is well equipped.

Negative: The position of the house is right on a roundabout and it's very noisy during the weekdays.

Positive: Great location close to local shops, supermarket and transport. The property had everything I needed and some extra thoughtful touches. It felt homely, I was able to work on the dining table with my laptop comfortably. Couch and beds were super comfortable. Had great nights sleep. Busy street location but this was a happy trade off for being so conveniently located to everything. Hosts were lovely.

Summary: Aptly described as cosy and convenient. Would stay again.

Negative: Location, noise, parking options. Wasn't notified of already damage to the property, I. E taped up broken balcony window. Smell of the water from the taps and shower. Not drinkable.

Positive: Location fantastic. Appartment needs updating not sure who the cleaner is but I had to clean till satisfied. Mirror was so dirty loads of dust on table and television and stand. Needs updating but for what we paid it was good.

Positive: Loved the beds, the location, kitchen was nice, cute balcony. Was easy to access. Close location to where I needed to go. The price was great, and really appreciate they allow pets with you. Host communicated well. Netflix, free Wi-Fi, huge fridge and even a washer and dryer

Negative: Parking was awkward, no aircon which would be an issue in summer, no lock on the toilet or bathroom door. Have to go up a small set of stairs that could be problematic for someone. I have to agree that there is a slight smell of cat urine in the lounge room area.

Summary: It was a nice, had everything we needed. Would stay again
