Positive: Location is the main advantage. Close to everything. 20-25 min walk to the beach. 5-7 min storage, Mercadona, coffee shops...10 min to cool Anime shops. 15-20 min to city centre. Apartment can contain more than 4 people. Very clean. Decorated. Fast Wi-Fi. Helpful stuff. Good option for a big family with all amenities needed: soap, shampoo, salt etc.

Negative: Ground floor with the living room facing the street. Very weird planning of the apartment: it has a veeeery long corridor and you have to walk 25 meters from kitchen to the living room and other rooms where there's a table. It takes a lot of time to remember where exactly to go, where you put things etc. Too many decorations but it's the matter of taste. The only problem is that it's difficult to find your own things among all those photos, candles, fake flowers etc. No air conditioning. The apartment is hot, and the air is stuffed. The fans are noisy. And the worst: 100% lowest quality polyester bedding. You're all wet at night because of it, especially when it's hot. Weird pillows, long (1 pillow for 2 people) and hard. I wouldn't recommend this apartment for 1-2 nights. If you stay longer, you have a chance to get used to the distances you need to walk and planning of the appartment. A toilet seat in one bathroom is really tiny. Supposedly, it's for the kids only. For us, it was the worst choice this year. But again, if you stay for a longer period and the price is good, you definitely need to get it because of location and value for the money.
